1) International Relief and Development, US is accepting resumes for 2 Assessor/Estimators located in their Gulfport and Moss Point offices.
The Assessor/Estimator will assess client homes eligible for a rebuild or rehabilitation for damages done to their real property and to create the cost analysis to complete the construction job. This position will also have administrative responsibilities including tracking of the budget for materials, material procurement, and volunteer coordination.
Qualification requirements include:
Ø Hands-on residential construction experience
Ø 3-5 years experience with construction record keeping, working with vendors and vendor negotiation, working with construction volunteers and providing onsite direction
Ø Ability to work in an enthusiastic and encouraging way with superiors, vendors, and volunteers
Ø Ability to work as part of a team
Ø Strong communication skills
Ø Expert Microsoft Excel, Word and general computer skills
Ø Positive relationships with local trade unions

This Case Manager/Housing Counselor will assess client eligibility for housing programs and assist them in the process of achieving self sufficiency through local resources. Qualification requirements include:
